Can I use my Facebook Account to login?
Yes. Just login your Facebook Login ID on the designated FB login button on our website. Furthermore, you will be automatically register with Us.

Can I checkout without the need to register?
Yes. Just choose your favourite products and " Add to Cart ", then checkout with " Checkout as Guest ". Fill in correctly your particulars (please refer HOW TO ORDER? page) and place your order.

Do you have a walk-in outlet?
Yes. You may come visit our store at the following location:

What areas are covered for shipments?
Currently, we covered the shipments throughout Malaysia only.
What are the shipping costs?
All delivery charges  will be calculated into the bill. Total cost will automatically calculated by our web system depending on the product actual weight or volumetric weight which present higher.
Is there any other shipping costs involve?
Yes. Currently, we charge RM5 for every online order placed. You however have the option to collect it from our store, if it is conveniently nearby to your location.
Who is your courier service providers?
For any respective orders shipments, we will be using Poslaju National Courier Malaysia or Nationwide Express to deliver your orders to you. However, we only posted one solution during your checkout process, and flat rate is offered for both courier services.

Is there any online payment solutions?
We only can accept any EFT method to our respective bank accounts for the time being. Online payment solution will be offer to you soon.

Do you accept payments by cheques?
Yes, we do accept any cheque issued by any bank party within Malaysia. For payment through cheques, the processing lead time will be minimum 2 working days before order status updated to "Shipped". That’s mean, your orders may only be process once the cheque is clear.
Will I be able to view the total Shipping Charges when I checkout?
Yes, in fact you need to confirm and agree to these charges before the transaction is completed. You can retrieve every order detail or order history under registered area section.

How long will the delivery take?
Generally, items ordered will be delivered maximum within 5 working days from the date of order. In the instance where this is not possible, you will be contacted by Us to make alternative arrangements.

For order made before 3pm on working day, will be immediately arranged for shipment once payment received and confirmed. Otherwise will be carried forward to next working day.

Will I be able to keep track of the delivery of my items?
We will ensure that the tracking code is sent to you via e-mail after every parcel or document be shipped out.

You may contact us directly through phone or email for any uncertain email information or in the circumstances of loosing tracking number.

What is the validity time for order under PENDING status?
 If we do not receive any of your payment according to your latest order within 48 hours, which still under the status of "Pending", your order will be cancelled or deleted by our web system and cancellation email will be sent to you.

In the case of you could not reach to this cancellation email, please retrieve your order status or order history under registered login section and do not make any payment for order which already cancelled or deleted.

Can I have my own assigned forwarder to arrange reverse pick up?
Yes, if you do have your appointed forwarder agent or courier service, please write or call us for pick up arrangement and shipping charges will be excluded in your bill.

How about the condition shipments if I wish to order chocolates?
For special items such as chocolates, we will provide you with a special packaging to keep the chocolates away from unnecessary damages such as heats. The shipments will take only 1-2 days but this is still depends on the courier delivery time to your area. NO EXTRA CHARGE for any of the packaging for your orders.
